The owner does a Great job, but does not care about her customers. True professionals care about making their customers look and feel good. She expects everyone to be in time, but she's always running late. I am on time for every appointment and have waited for her many times. I was running late about 15 minutes and she wouldn't take me. Also, required a deposit if I ever made another appointment. It wouldn't have been so bad if my wedding wasn't the next day. She had no grace and didn't care that I needed services for my wedding. The owner has a horrible attitude. I paid her via my bank she called me very rude & said i never paid her. I told her yes I did. I showed her receipts that I did & my bank said it processed she called me every day saying PAY ME MY MONEY. She told me to cancel the transaction. I told her its issues on ur end at ur bank. My bank said it was issued. K told her go to ur bank she said I. Too busy. Bottom line it went thru it was an issue with her bank. She harassed me for a week & never apologized. She told me don't come back i can replace u. Dont use this person ho to another shop.
