“I called on the day service was scheduled asking if the serviceman was close to arriving and Orkin was very apologetic and said I was scheduled for 10 days later. Apparently, the serviceman had called off from work and nobody from Orkin let me know. When I objected saying that I had spoken with someone from the Orkin office earlier in the week who had confirmed the appointment, then they scheduled my service for 2 days later. For the 2nd appointment, the same serviceman man called off again! This time the manager, Riley actually called me the day of the appointment and apologized saying Orkin would need to reschedule. When I told him this was the 2nd time in 2 days, he made sure to find a serviceman who was available the same day! Serviceman Deontae was professional and compotent and I believe he addressed the problem, although only time will tell.“
