This 5 star review is specifically for Todd, the person who came to spray my house three times. He was extremely flexible and accommodating to me and was willing to be there when I needed him. It felt like he was one of the only people who was able to communicate clearly and promptly. Ask for him if you’re a customer needed service in northwest Indiana.
Otis provided outstanding service during today’s Terminix visit. He was punctual, professional, and clearly knowledgeable about pest control procedures. He took time to explain the treatment process in a way that was easy to understand and made sure all concerns were addressed before beginning the service.
Otis is my Technician. He is always thorough and kind. I've been with Terminix for many years. I've remained a Terminix customer due to their professional Technicians, like Otis, and their stellar service.
