second shift guys are lazy.. 4 hours to load. heard about 3 different excuses, from the forklift running out of battery, load was missing some pallets and something about to many new people starting the same day…. bunch of bologna stay away TQL don’t help either

The women working in this shipping office are very rude and disrespectful. They keep chatting while I’m standing at the window waiting to be helped.
Avoid getting a load from this place. It’s a bad spot and the experience here is not good at all.
