Our appointment was for 3 PM. They close / stop accepting loads at 3pm, but luckily they unloaded us. Thank you for being kind enough for unloading us!! If your broker tries to give you an appointment, they do not have appointments either at this location (FCFS). Just make sure you arrive in ample time to get unloaded BEFORE 3 PM!!! For delivering a load, it is the building BEFORE the actual address. The RECEIVING office is located between Docks 13 & 14. It is located in the second driveway to the adjacent building BEFORE the actual address.
I have been working with Kirk from Accord Carton for a few months now, and I can not say enough about his patience and professionalism. He listens, suggests, and is very flexible with all the changes we've made to date. I would recommend Accord Carton for any company looking for assistance with carton design.
