We used Doornbos in the summertime, and again in the wintertime. Both times, the technician was out to our house within 2 days. Both times, technician diagnosed the problem very quickly, and presented us with options to fix the issue. The repairs were done rapidly, and done well. Frank came to give me an estimate on a new furnace and air conditioner last week. After he went through all options I picked out the units I wanted. I picked Carrier since they're an authorized dealer and also I've researched that they have very reliable equipment. Frank gave a good proposal with lots of incentives.
Frank put the order through and the very next week the install team came out.
Had a complete installation done with new Carrier furnace and air conditioner today. Both installers, Andreas and Jacob did an outstanding job. They both were very professional and friendly.
