“We have lived in several homes in Chicagoland over the years. MC Landscaping has been taking care of our lawn and gardens for decades. Since working with this company I have never had to hire a landscape architect. Mr. Cordova is extremely knowledgeable about all IL plants, flowers and trees. He knows what will work where and he knows why. We once built a home on an empty lot, with a pool and spa. Without any other help MC Landscaping turned it into paradise with a stone retaining wall on one end of the pool and a beautiful pergola next to it. There were lovely walkways and paths around the property. His stonework is incredible. He installed beautiful trees and hundreds of plants and flowers. It looked like it had been there for years. My friends raved about my flower gardens. But, MC Landscaping, for all of their skill, experience and creativity, has always charged fair rates. As the president of a NFP I required several bids for work to be done on the grounds and he won the bid, with unanimous agreement from the board. The staff at MC Landscaping is top notch as well. They also bring the most amazing compost for my vegetable and flower gardens. Things have been growing like crazy. He even brings sand for my chicken run and stones for my duck run. That is dedication! Now that we have just moved away from IL I thought it was high time I wrote a review on this company, the owner with which I have such a wonderful rapport. “Great service! They replied quickly with a quote and a time they could come take down a dead tree, and then were able to come a day early. The price was as quoted, and the tree was removed with no issues. I had been concerned because the tree was in a small space between my shed and a neighbor’s garage but they had no problem taking it down and removing all debris. Will definitely call them again, five stars!!“

“We've worked with Gasca's for close to 20 years, starting when we were in a single-family home. We first learned of Gasca's when we noticed the French Drain they put in at another home in the neighborhood.They provided several wonderful landscaping enhancements to the SFH which we loved, from raised planting area next to our driveway; to front stoop repair with a brick walkway (adding a nice curve to the path); to a 6 ft cedar fence in the back of our yard; to buried rain gutter discharge; moving a utility shed and providing landscape accents for it (including more brick); to a stone path in a drainage swale next to the house that couldn't support grass and was often a soggy mess.Until we moved they also provided the lawn care and snow removal.We even had some plumbing and electrical done, though that wasn't a main activity for them at the time.After moving to our condo we didn't have much need for their services and lost contact for several years. Fast forward to 2 years ago, after I became involved with our HOA and began developing some thoughts about some work inside our unit. When I encountered Javier at Home Depot a couple of years ago, we caught up and I discovered that Gasca's had expanded their areas of work. I was delighted to start having Javier and his crew to help with things like siding; shiplap, drywall, and painting; more electrical; and soon a re-roof for the whole building (9,745 sq ft).There's little that they can't do.Oh, and we've always felt that their prices were fair & comparable to others.I can't recommend them enough.“
