Sue did an incredible job on the 8 knives I brought to her. I chose her business based on reviews and recommendations. I dropped them off in the morning and after a few hours they were ready for me to pick up! The price was reasonable and it was my first time getting my knives serviced. It made quite a huge difference.. in fact I cut myself on them the first time I used it >.<

Sue did a fantastic job on my knives and scissors. I'd been using another service for years but it was hard to get to them, so I decided to give Precision a try. I put a lot of money into my good knives and am cautious about who I trust to take care of them. Sue was really flexible about finding a time that worked for me, and put a lot of care and attention into doing the best job possible. The results were incredible - in all the years I've been having my knives serviced, this is the best edge they've ever had. There's no question this is the knife service I'll be using from now on.

Lawn mower blades are just like brand new after sharpening. Cutco seamstress scissors cut through all kinds of fabrics. After sharpening they are like brand new.
