“This company has been servicing my parents home for years. My mom passed away this last year and when spring came along, I knew we were behind on her window cleaning service. So I asked my dad and he passed along the number to “her green clean guy”. I called, gave the address and the first thing that came out of his mouth was “I was so sorry to hear about the loss of your mother, she was a wonderful person”. Basically saying his sincerest condolences. I was stunned. My mom has always raved about this company so I am going to carry that on for her. Aside from the personal level that’s clearly evident. They do a fantastic job. Seamless. In and out so quick like you wouldn’t even know and it’s almost confusing the time vs cost. Green Clean should be charging double for being that quick and efficient. I live in Cook County so I can tell you this service is a steal at this price!!

“Lily and her team are the closest thing to believing in God, for me, personally. For the last year, I have non-stop been going through super hard/difficult times. My mental health was a direct reflection on the chaos of my house. (Divorce, death, etc.) I felt like I had lost control of my sanity for a minute there from being so overwhelmed with life. It can feel extremely embarrassing and stressful to have to hand off your chaos to a professional cleaning service. I was recommended Lily by another friend of mine who also consistently deals with chaos (multiple animals, children, etc). I usually take all of her recommendations, and this one was by far the best. The first time I hired Lily, she offered baseboard and oven cleaning to set the tone, which is already above and beyond service not knowing what they would be walking into. I was frantic and scared that the task would be too much. I passed off the house keys and hoped for the best. Well, it was better than I expected. The communication throughout the process was beautiful. I came home, and I cried because I was so impressed and relieved. Fast forward.. post divorce, I moved out and got a new place. Started fresh, etc. Lily was consistent with follow up texts throughout the year, even when I wasn’t able to hire her. I was finally able to book her again at my new place, and was once again, extremely overwhelmed and embarrassed to have to hand the task off to her. I can’t believe someone was so willing to put so much effort into helping me organize and get everything together, once again. I cried a second time lol. I genuinely can say that I don’t think my mental health would be as good as it is now after having the help from Lily’s Cleaning Service. I cannot recommend her enough. The quality of care she puts into her craft is unparalleled. To some, it might just seem like a cleaning situation, but to me personally, she’s changed my life! “This is not my standard Walmart, but I visited it for the first time and I was impressed with the size and the service. I'm probably wrong, but it seems bigger than the ones closer to me in the Crystal Lake and Algonquin area. I felt like navigating this location was simple and intuitive. The aisles seemed wide and comfortable to walk through without having to navigate around other shoppers. Lastly, the greeters here were very friendly and bright, not the typical sad and tired "hello"s that I'm used to. It's too far for me to go to regularly, but when I'm in the area, it's a great go to.“
