I’ve had a disappointing experience with the membership billing process. On more than one occasion, I came in for a single service, but multiple credits were used without my knowledge. While the service providers themselves are excellent, the issue seems to lie with how the front desk and management handle memberships. There is also a lack of transparency around pricing before services are performed. At this point, paying out of pocket feels more straightforward since you know exactly what you’re being charged. This has now happened twice, which is concerning.
I want to tell everyone to book with Rachel but I am hesitate only because I want to make sure she is always available for me! That was the best message I have ever had. Rachel was amazing, she not only hit all my problems areas, she told me how I can fix them and was also very kind and listened to everything I had to say. I would recommend Rachel to anyone! I will definitely be back.
Amazing experience I came out of there feeling rejuvenated relaxed . The lead masseuse he was just fantastic and the front staff just so warm inviting reassuring. I'll definitely be coming back
