Allison and the whole Encore team is fantastic! From our first phone call with Allison, and until delivery (cross country, may I add) it was incredible service! We felt super comfortable with our decision and it made the whole process of packing up and moving across the country a lot less stressful. Communication was clear - no surprises at all, pricing was absolutely fair and great, and the level of care of our items was impeccable! Encore Moving did an excellent job with our Inter-State move. They provided detailed helpful information on the front end and were very accommodating on expediting our move timeline. Efren was outstanding at coordinating the team as they worked hard all day. They even stepped in to help us pack some things when we didn't quite have everything ready to go on moving day. Our belongings arrived on schedule and the move was on budget. Thank you Encore for getting our things across the country!
