“This is my near by clinic where my primary care Dr Maelen Pantano is located. I've been seeing her for over 20+ years. We have a great connection and she has good bedside manners and doesn't rush you through your visit. If she feels like you need to see a specialist then she will refer you to one's here that are good to see. She's one of the good doctors who care for her patients asking good questions etc. There's also a phlebotomist here that is wonderful Denise who I met today! Wow she can draw blood of small veins people like myself who is also scared of needles! One try and she got it wow! Believe me if she's working when I need bloodwork done I will request her for sure!! The place is clean and modern. They are off the main road of Lake st in addison. The hospital name changes since I've been coming here but the staff is still around They take most insurance including Medicare and Medicaid too! You can also come here for urgent care as well. I also like that they have a phone app to see your results and appointments and email within the app with your doctors if they are in their network. Overall I don't have issues working with them. So I'm staying put cause they are so close to home from me!“

“I started coming here 1-2yrs ago. I have severe allergies which I was really unaware of until then. I also have Eczema which was becoming severe due to allergies, which is why my pcp sent me here. I initially started out w/allergy testing. It was a slow process I came 3 Saturdays in a row w/no medical treatment plan in effect and it kinda irked me so I quit coming in. HUGE MISTAKE!!!!!! I really should've kept going to get a treatment plan. Fast fwd.... My allergies have become OC!!!!! So my pcp sent me back here. I came back in last week and I met with the PA & not the dr. Initially our interaction was not going well. We were not getting along and it wasn't gonna end well. After we both calmed down and took a breather I allowed further testing and she was very helpful. I had to get 16 shots in 1 arm!!!!! But they helped instantly!!! I felt better in a day! I was advised I'd be on allergy shots every wk for 1yr. I'm glad I went back and hopefully this is a journey towards better help!!!“
