Along with having Dr. Hawker as our family physician (which I also rate 5 stars!), I used the laser hair removal offered at their office. It’s been AMAZING! Before laser hair removal, I had to shave EVERY day and pluck those nasty chin hairs EVERY day. Seriously. After the first session I noticed a big difference! After the 6th session, I don’t have to shave! It’s been awesome. If you have the chance to treat yo’self, do this.

Dr. Hawker and his staff are great! He takes the time to listen to you and gives detailed information about your condition. The nurse is very good at drawing blood and the reception desk staff are friendly and knowledgeable.

Always a positive experience here at Owyhee Family Medicine. Front office staff very welcoming and helpful. Dr. Hawker & Lanie are wonderful! Several of my family members are patients here. Love the small town feel of this private practice. Would recommend this office!

Providers collectively missed my shingles diagnosis in September. Went down the street to the urgent care for a second opinion after my OFM appointment and was diagnosed with a pretty obvious case of shingles in 5 minutes flat. Disappointed at how quick OFM was to dismiss my symptoms and discomfort, will be taking my business to more experienced provider who actually listens to their patient.

Dr. Hawker from Owyhee Medical in Srar is amazing. I'm a new patient, had 1 appointment and the very next day, Dr Hawker took the time calling an orthopedic doctor and finding the best plan of action for my condition, then calling me at home to update me, Dr Hawker is informative, knowledgeable and proactive with my care. I was aware I had to see an orthopedic doctor ASAP. With another physicians referal, first appointment was set 6 weeks out, was able to get that appointment moved to 20 days out because of the urgency. Not so with Dr. Hawker and his care for his patients. I got an appointment I desperately needed with orthopedic doctor for next business day. A doctor and a warrior for his patients in my book. Rare these days. Thank you Dr. Hawker.

Worst Staff ever!!! Do not recommend them for anything. The doctor was good but the staff is so unbearable it's hard to put up with. The staff member Jason or some male they have working the front desk was absolutely rude unhelpful and wouldn't even give a message to the doctor. seem like he was trying to schedule unnecessary appointment that the DOCTOR told me that I didn't need. Switching providers because of his staff unfortunately especially the male front desk lady
