First time there. I needed a haircut at the last minute and I was called to the chair by a young man. I had been hoping that one of the 2 ladies would be available when it was my turn. My anxiety was quickly relieved, he was kind and listened to exactly what I wanted. I then received the best haircut of my life! Did I just get the next Jose Eber? I wonder!! I am so pleased. and I wish him all the best with his young hair styling career!
I get my hair done at the newer Star Albertson's location, I have used every technician and all are good. I love the 10.99 deals that they put out, very helpful. Good job Star team.
Walked right in after checking in online; greeted by friendly staff and seated right away; very friendly and pleasant stylist and engaged in nice conversations throughout; very timely and happy with haircut. My stylist was awesome!
