I can't speak highly enough about Sandpoint Strength and Conditioning. Kenny is a great owner and every class feels welcoming and comfortable. I've got stronger, lost body fat and improved my health so much! I like that they offer personal training and the gym is near me leaving me no excuses not to go workout.Nick and Kylie are both great coaches and I love coming to their classes and Amanda's nutrition knowledge has helped me improve my diet and find enjoyable ways to be healthy! Can't recommend this place enough.

Fantastic atmosphere and workout environment! I’m so happy with my personal training, and I’ve seen great results so far. I started at Sandpoint because I’m a busy adult and don’t know what to do at the gym. Now, I show up and the trainers lead me through my workout- I just have to focus on myself! 10/10 if you’re looking to make great changes in your health.

I have had a fantastic experience with Kenny and his staff at Sandpoint Strength and Conditioning. I had this question in my mind about how/what do I want to continue cardio and weight training, yet was bored with my usual weight lifting and running routine. This shop magically appeared in my social media feed and I made up my mind I would give it a go! Its was a great experience since Day One. Kenny and Kirk answered my initial questions and I hit the ground running. I have never done a group type session and it was immediate that I felt included and Kenny's staff was great at introducing me to fellow staff and other members!
