After struggling with pain and injuries for two years and useless help from the medical community I was thinking of giving up my loved activities. I didn’t want to be older and in chronic pain and had already tried many traditional and nontraditional treatments. Desperate to try one last time I reached out to Missi via her website. She got back to me almost immediately and got me in for my first session within days. With her support and encouragement, I feel the best I have felt in the past two years. MBF is a fabulous place for any woman whom is wanting to get back into shape, get in shape for her 1st time, recover from an injury, etc. Missi Balison and her personal trainers she has are incredibly resourceful and intuitive to your specific goals! I personally worked with Melissa Monegan and Missi Balison the first month and a half of regaining my motivation of self physical care. I gained so much from these knowledgeable trainers that I will always be grateful. I highly recommend MFB to ALL women!!!

I love Missi Balison Fitness. The gym is large and spacious, has all the fun toys, but what makes it special is the clientele. Everyone is so supportive and encouraging. Missi is a wonderful coach and is great at meeting you right where you are and helping you achieve your goals. This place is worth every penny!
