“Took in our new-to-us extra large dog today who came with some serious matting around his ears, neck, and feet. His body was mostly okay, but those sensitive areas were rough — and he’s fearful and quick to get nippy when he’s stressed. She wasn’t able to finish everything today because he was trying to bite, but she was incredibly patient and committed to getting as much done as he could safely tolerate. Even with the challenge, she made a big difference in his comfort, he's feeling so much better— and her pricing was more than fair for the time and effort involved. We’ll be back to finish the job once he settles in more. Appreciate the patience and honesty with a tough dog! Superb! ?“
