Patients appreciate his thorough explanations and efficient service, along with the top-notch office staff who are cooperative and helpful. Many have benefited from treatments like the Inspire device and CPAP, leading to improved sleep and increased energy. However, some patients have faced challenges with the billing process, finding it inconvenient and lacking online payment options. Overall, Breath of Life is recognized for its excellent in-office experience, though improvements in billing could enhance patient satisfaction.
My experience with the Breath of Life clinic has been exemplary. We are lucky to have Dr. Coats. He is incredibly knowledgeable, a great listener and explains information thoroughly. He is personable, on time, and efficient. The office staff is top-notch, cooperative and helpful. I am fortunate to be the recipient of the Inspire device…a remote replacement for my C-PAP. Sarah and Spencer, the Inspire company affiliates, are phenomenal. They, too, are highly invested in their patients’ successes and are most happy to make adjustments to equipment and answer all questions. This girl is grateful, happy and impressed. My experience in office was great. But I got a bill and couldn't figure out how to pay it. I haven't written a check since 1998 (nor should any rational person since the advent of computers). I started to set up a BillPay since I couldn't find a website, then got distracted and forgot (only $18.79) then I got a past-due notice of 90-days and paid it by phone today. But frankly, if I had known I couldn't log-in to pay, I would have gone elsewhere. It's THAT inconvenient for me. If I can't pay on your website, you don't actually exist to me. Therefore, four stars for a great in-office experience, but a sour taste afterward due to billing processes.
