I just got done having the worst experience of my life yesterday. Neurologist said I need to go back to my doctor and see a rheumatologist to rule out anything else. My doctor was far out in Appts there. Sent me to Nancy Hunter, she blew me off right away, she had the nerve to talk about my Cyst in my brain, I have an appointment to see a neurosurgeon, and she was saying to the nurse most likely not going to do surgery on me, right in front of me. Even though it’s causing major headaches. Basically I should just cancel my appt with them. Now I need to tell the Neurologist how Nancy said no because he can’t diagnose me for sure? Lindsey Paige and all of her providers have given me exceptional care from day 1!!! I've been traumatized and flat out let down bye so many providers in the PNW. When I finally met Lindsey, I felt my horrible journey could be finally over! She has been there for me through my mental struggles as well, even though that is not her field. She has never let me down. I'm not sure I'd be here today witout her and her awesome staff. Thank you all!!!!
I’ve read some of these complaints about HH. I’ve been seeing Nancy Hunter for years and years. Not only is she one of the best Np’s she is seriously awesome at her profession. The care that I’ve received has been nothing other than stellar.there is protocol that has to be followed and rule as any other business has. Follow the protocol and you will receive awesome care. I 100% recommend Heritage Health. There is always going to be bad apple in the bunch. I gave this place 5 stars because they give me 5 star treatment. In most cases if I do the research on how to take care of my health outside of the institution and have the Will power to take charge of my health...read full review
