I moved from Arizona and use healthwest on 8th Street in Pocatello. My Dr, Dr Fletcher, is amazing. Very thorough with addressing all my medical needs and got me on the right medications and referrals sent out for my health issues. Her nurse that helps her, and the women in the lab are amazing.
So far I have had a great experience here I have had very patient people when I came in sometimes even when I don't have all the info they have been very helpful it isn't a stress to me going here it is very clean and when I got my blood drawn the lady was amazing at it they have a very good standard to patients care here was 5 star the lady at the front desk argued with me about my wife about our bill so I had to go in and talk to a different lady and she was very helpful and able to find what we needed but fuel isn't cheap anymore so to have to drive all the way there cause she couldn't find something and basically saying that we owed a ton of money when she was actually...read full review
