I've been going to Health West for about 4 years now and have always had a good experience with Dr. Paul. The reason I'm writing this review though is because of how wonderful Michelle, in pharmaceutical, is. There was some confusion between my insurance and the pharmacy I use but I couldn't figure it out. Michelle made some phone calls and got it all figured out for me. Michelle was so helpful and kind. She deserves a raise for making Health West so great.

While it is fairly difficult to get on the appointment schedule at Healthwest Community dental it is worth the wait. The reception staff is wonderful. They always greet me promptly and remember my name. They are awesome at calling you for an appointment from the cancelation list. Dr. Lilenquist is a top notch dentist. He performed extractions on me that two other dentists wouldnt even attempt. He is also very gentle. The dental assistants are always kind and informative. The facility is clean and very modern, including the ability to fabricate crowns in just minutes while you are still in the chair. The longer wait for appointment.

Their dental team took 4 times to clean my teeth. They scheduled me at early times and when I was ten minutes late they wouldn't let me come. Fu&$$+!! Ridiculous. Don't waste your money here.
