The organization has multiple locations, including Idaho Falls, and works in coordination to serve the community. While some experiences may vary, many clients feel the staff genuinely looks out for their best interests. Overall, Community Mental Health is highly regarded for its supportive environment, helpful staff, and dedication to assisting individuals in need.
*** update***I go to New York City for a vacation, and I need help in Idaho for housing so I can go back, and they discharge me from the service because I go to New York on vacation, and they leave me stuck in New York City without a way to get home, and I'm gravely disabled. It's just the worst thing I've ever seen them do, but they've done worse, I'm sure, and this office works in coordination with the one in Idaho Falls. ***update part*** they're willing to help me get home, awe. So I changed the rating to 4 stars, and it would be 5, but im still working with them, so its not fair.
Loved there services and advice
My Nephew had a great and educational experience. I would highly advise their services. I wish I had known about this sooner.
