This review pertains to Kody Gates, but does not pertain to his current service provided at this facility.Kody was my CBRS worker at Center Counseling in Pocatello around the summer of 2022. We had a met a number of times and had a great rapport and were moving towards good things. Around October of 2022, he virtually disappeared. He would not answer his work phone, and nobody at the office seemed to know where he had disappeared to. I understood that he was going through some difficult personal times, but to completely disregard an active client with no explanation was extremely upsetting, especially as I had looked up to him.
