He was incredibly professional, gave us great advice and feedback, and was so very kind. He did not do/remove anything without our permission, and he asked multiple times if there was anything else he could help with before he left. We were very disheartened and not hopeful after being in a disagreement with another restoration company who took $7,000 from us, and would not fix or remediate their own mistakes. Bret made us feel very validated, especially after feeling very stupid by a well known green restoration company.
