ABSOLUTELY DO NOT GO HERE. I’ve been using this place for 3 years, and they never once applied appropriate credit I qualified for, even though I clearly told them I was in school. They missed out on thousands of dollars I could have gotten back. I only found out on my own — no thanks to them — and had to file the credit myself. Now I have to amend my previous years just to fix their mistakes from the last years of filing with them.
These people take a basic tax course and call themselves professionals, but they clearly don’t know what they’re doing when it comes to filing taxes. They cost me real time and money. They only know how to file basic w2s. You also could be missing out on money that you are not aware of.
