Janessa gave me the cutest nails ?☁️ she was so nice, but her taking her time was the best. It was refreshing to be taken care of and not rushed out. Will definitely be back

The worst person to ever do permanent eye liner ever. They wouldn't even take responsibility for their major error. It required a surgical procedure to cut the eyes smaller in an attempt to get rid of the terrible job that had been performed incorrectly!!!!! There's no cure for their error and no surgical procedure to correct it entirely. Except for your eyes being cut shorter than their normal size. No reconstructive plastic surgeon could ever fix what they did here. Be warned in advance. Every modality of helping their mess was looked into and there was nothing anyone could do to fix it. The owner herself laughed it off and said that wasn't it wonderful that I had gotten two for one. Referring to the fact that her mother had over done the work so deeply into the tissue that it bleed into the surrounding tissue.NOT professional at all. Still an ongoing mess even after having my eyes cut shorter. It's a nightmare that won't end and there's no way to fix the mess. NEVER go there!!! ?????

This was my first time at Z Best. Malena did a pro job on my ombre/balayage. It turned out just like I had described it. I could tell she is very experienced & would absolutely recommend her!! Thank you Malena!
