My mom wanted to stop in and we didn't realize that it was the summer sale. The store was extremely busy and we were very overwhelmed. We were asked probably 30 times between different staff members if we needed help and if we were doing okay. It got to be too much, seriously. I have shopped there for years and was lucky to even get a hello so I'm not sure what this was about. Your neurodivergent customers do not need this. Once or twice is fine.
But, the woman who helped my mom pick out makeup was awesome. She was helpful and considerate. Definitely an asset to the team.
I have been looking for someone to cut my hair, not slaughter, for what seems like a decade. In fact, it almost has! I have very short hair as it is, therefore, when I'm slaughtered, there isn't anything that I can do but painfully let it grow out and hope that the next person I go to does a better job. Stellar experience at the Nampa Ulta Beauty. I needed a retinol product and was cautioned to use a sun-blocker along with this product. The girls here are always very informative and very quick to help me find the correct products. Amazing customer service. Ask for Amanda; Super friendly!
