Matt consistently impressed us with his active and diligent marketing of our home after taking time to understand our plans, priorities, and concerns. He also gave us regular updates on viewing activity, realtor feedback, and options to increase interest in our property. When we were working through the closing process he went the extra mile to help us navigate an assumable interest sale. I contacted Matt after sifting through realtors in and around the Nampa area. While I did find many qualified individuals I felt like Matt and I would click.After we started the home search process he updated me regularly on the inventory in and around the area I was looking to buy a home in. Some realtors are pushy, but Matt actually encouraged me to wait a bit on a couple of occasions. I believe this to be a positive reflection of his experience in the Real Estate field.
