Working with Dave i am so happy for a fast and simple sale of the land i was looking at. Dave was so professional and his knowledge of the area and resources to determine if land deal was a good investment. with out Dave guidance i know i would of had a harder time understanding idaho laws & regulations.i will not work with another real estate person and i have already recommended him to other friends.
In 2018 we were trying to help our recently divorced son find a house to purchase. He was forced to sell his existing home in order to meet divorce orders. He had used a real estate agent in his sale and decided to use the same agent for the purchase of a new home. We had nothing but trouble in getting the agent to help find and visit existing sales. On 4 different occasions the agent was out of town or not available to visit homes we had identified that were in our price range. Blaine is professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. He was key in the sale of our home. I liked that he communicated well so we weren't wondering what was going on. He was always willing to go the extra mile to help us. I would highly recommend Blaine Wright!!
