To be fair, I was very skeptical about coming here after reading through the reviews. However, after going I’m very glad I decided to give the place a chance for myself.
I hadn’t gotten a new prescription in 5 years, I scheduled an appointment online in the morning was seen later the same day.
I did the 2 for 79$ special, again after reading reviews I was absolutely scared I was going to walk out paying more but that wasn’t my experience at all. I was open and honest with the employees and told them I only wanted what came in the 79$ package nothing more at the moment. The staff was polite, helpful and did not pressure me into any add ons. Jacqueline and Maria helped me it find some frames and configure how to get used to glasses as it is first time ever needing glasses and I genuinely didn’t know what to expect. Both girls were so sweet and had a lot of cute frame options. They had my glasses ready in less than an hour and helped me make sure they were perfect.
