Great welcome experience. Very helpful. Kind, patient, friendly and made you feel like you were home Jacquelyn was my guardian angel today I will never forget what she did for me. Very awesome experience. Love this place.

The girl who did our initial tests and helped us order was very friendly. The doctor almost seemed bothered by us being there and was very rushed. I liked the glasses I was able to get but my new prescription is terrible, it makes me nauseous to wear my new glasses which has never happened, so I will be getting my vision checked elsewhere with a non-chain provider (100% out of pocket since I used my benefits already) and will come back to get my lenses changed with the correct prescription.

Their advertised BOGO is not honored if you are using insurance.
