Great customer service !!! Janelle and Perla helped me out so much ! Both very friendly and helpful ! Great atmosphere all around. The doctor was super cool too (can't remember his name). They got me right in. Very little wait time, though I was early. I was in and out in 45 minutes with 2 new pairs of glasses and contacts ordered . Highly recommended 👌
Jacquelyn was Incredible ! She knew exactly what I needed & accommodated my schedule like none other! My son also came here & had a great experience! Jacquelyn was So nice & had positive energy, it’s like she came to work just to see me!
These workers are truly the sweetest. They all have such good attitudes and personalities. At first, when i called customer service, they told me that I could have a deal of 1 pair for $59. I came in and unfortunately they could not find that deal, BUT they were so patient with me and helped me find a better solution. They put in a lot of time trying to find the best deal for my insurance, and i ended up leaving with a pair of glasses for only $43. An even better deal! They truly work really well, and helped me so much. Thank you!!
