I had a great experience at Standard Plumbing Supply thanks to Jeremiah. I originally came in looking for a fitting for my Frigidaire washing machine, but because I didn’t know the exact fitting size/type for the solenoid, I ended up buying two parts that were only half right. I came back the next day with the solenoid itself, and Jeremiah was extremely patient, knowledgeable, and helpful. He took the time to help identify the correct fitting, was able to return the other two items without any hassle, and made sure I left with exactly what I needed. Excellent customer service both visits — very much appreciated. Highly recommend this location!

Where do I start, I was running all around Boise and Nampa trying to find some special plumbing fixtures which nobody else seemed to have. I was on a wild goose chase and finally stopped into Standard Plumbing Supply in Nampa. I believe the Lady who greeted me was Haily, she was WONDERFUL! She actually had the first part I needed in stock but I needed two of them. After checking she found another one, we were on a role. So I asked about another part and she had that too, I was surprised! Last but not least, she actually gave me a part I needed which matched perfectly to the existing finishes I was looking for.
