St. Alphonsus Radiology & Imaging

As far as the imaging and team goes, this is a 5-star service!

What makes me furious is their scheduling and the fact that they out-source everything to Inter Mountain Imaging. They are horrible! Once they get a fax, it takes forever to put it in their system and get back to the patient. IF they even get it. And IF they load it properly in your chart. Then, they don't pay attention to the notes, and get everything wrong. Terrible!

I really need St Alphonsus to quit outsourcing their scheduling and do things themselves, with better service!

I want just say how thankful I am for Dr Kim Wilson and his RN with my lumber puncture that I had done last Wednesday. I was so nervous and quiet scared to have this done even tho I've had so many different procedures done over the years. Dr Wilson was so great telling how everything would work and explaining everything to me so well. His RN was fabulous in keeping my mind off of little pain I had. In the end I had almost no pain the day of and next day and no bruising at all. He made this whole experience so much better for me.

First day of vacation, I have a freak accident which resulted in a plateau fracture of my tibia. My husband dialed 911 and I landed in the emergency room at Saint Alphonsus on a Saturday evening. Surgery to place hardware was recommended for the very next morning. I have nothing but praise for all the medical professionals I encountered from the day I was admitted to the day of my release. Everyone was kind, compassionate and eager to make my stay as comfortable as possible.
