I have come to get my hair cut there by Nyomi. She has always been very professional and courteous. She asked how I wanted my hair cut and it came out just the way I wanted it. She also engaged in conversations. She was never distracted. From start to finish very professional. I even recommended friend's to her and they all had similar experiences with her and have even been return customers.

I went into the sports clips on happy valley last night at about 7:35 with my two sons. Asked if they could cut their hair since they don’t close until 8. There was two stylists, a man finishing with his client and a girl. The girl said she was already clocked out and that the guy was done after that gentlemen.. but I could come in the next day. I said well my kids have school so I thought it would be nice and convenient with no wait, to just do it right now.. she said well we are open until 8 tomorrow… yet she couldn’t cut my kids hair just then. Pretty upsetting. People are so lazy these days.
