Our repairman, Ryan, was prompt and knowledgeable. He told us what was usually wrong with our model, but also wanted to check some other components. I’m glad he did because it was one of those other things that was the cause of the trouble. He showed us the internal parts of the freezer and explained how it worked and what was wrong. His expertise and professionalism made for an exceptional service experience.

The tech did a great job. We are disappointed that Sears has discontinued the warrantee program on our washer. We have had our washer since 2011 and have had it serviced regularly and now we will do without!
