I cannot say enough good things about Puroclean! They came to do our remediation work after our roof leaked and did damage to the inside drywall and hardwood floors. They came the same day they were called and their team knocked everything out so quickly and efficiently. They were SO reliable and professional that I asked them if they could do our renovation as well. Even though they were booked out four months, Rochelle put me on a waitlist and sure enough, called me a few weeks later to squeeze us in. One of the most respectful and best companies you will ever work with. Considerate of my time, my home, and my situation due to having children with medical issues. They went the extra mile on everything. Albert was awesome to work with! Rochelle and John, there are not enough words to express their compassion and kindness for the ordeal that happened in my home. There are a lot of companies out there but this company they were not only patient with us with our timing but Rochelle came to the rescue after another company kept me hanging for 4 months! I had water damage to my bathroom. My insurance contacted PuroClean and immediately they called me to start drying my house. They worked quick and clean to stop any further damage. They had excellent communication through the whole project. They answered all my questions and gave me tips on how to move forward after their part was done.
