I called Drier Homes this morning to deal with a water heater flood in my parent’s crawl space. They answered the phone (a rarity these days!) and had someone out within two hours. Carey was incredibly kind and helpful with my mom—he assessed the situation thoroughly, checked for moisture throughout the house, and was able to start the mitigation process immediately. He even took the time to walk my mom through how to file a homeowners insurance claim. I’m so impressed with the professionalism, patience, and fair pricing this company offered. DrierHomes came to my rescue in Nov 2024 from a leak in the wall between the garage and living room. They were right there after we called them and immediately had fans going and made arrangements for plumber to come the next morning to fix the leak. Every step of the way, he was on top of what needed to be done. Carey was amazing, dealing with insurance company, adjustor, plumber, painters and whatever was needed. He made sure I got the bamboo floor I originally had, and the work was excellent. I would work with him and his crew again in a heartbeat. Thank you!
We had Adam come and take care of some mold in our attic. He was very professional and friendly guy. They called each morning to let us know a time frame of when he’d arrive. We were very happy with their work and would definitely call them again.
