I’ve been to most of the gyms in Nampa, and I can confidently say this one is the best.
The equipment is in great condition, and the facility is kept impeccably clean by the friendly staff.
While the usual criticisms of Planet Fitness still apply—limited free weights and no standard free-weight press racks (everything is on Smith machines)—I think these are more than offset by a comprehensive selection of functional training equipment, a spacious floor plan that keeps the gym from ever feeling crowded, and a large number of cardio machines that ensure you can always get a workout in.
Great experience clean facility good good weights I wish that they would adopt some free weights especially for a bench press and are dead lift and our squats I mean it's cool using a Smith machine but you know it really be awesome if they would just adopt those three free weight lifting options and just move them into a room where it's maybe it's just those things in there those three things that way if people work fronting or you know really getting into it then it wouldn't disrupt everybody else it's just running or jogging or using machines and stuff so but other than that the experience is great at planet fitness I give them five stars because... read full review
