Working with Dave i am so happy for a fast and simple sale of the land i was looking at. Dave was so professional and his knowledge of the area and resources to determine if land deal was a good investment. with out Dave guidance i know i would of had a harder time understanding idaho laws & regulations.i will not work with another real estate person and i have already recommended him to other friends.

In 2018 we were trying to help our recently divorced son find a house to purchase. He was forced to sell his existing home in order to meet divorce orders. He had used a real estate agent in his sale and decided to use the same agent for the purchase of a new home. We had nothing but trouble in getting the agent to help find and visit existing sales. On 4 different occasions the agent was out of town or not available to visit homes we had identified that were in our price range.
