I had high hopes taking our dog here to get groomed. But when I got her back it was the worst cut I've seen. So uneven, they didn't clean out her ears or trim them, she has long pieces of hair in areas she shouldn't. I simply asked for a complete even shave so it wasn't a super hard or complicated cut. I got charged a handling fee, and I'm not sure why. Our dog is very friendly and kind, a little timid but never aggressive or mean. So I'm not sure why I got charged what I did? Definitely not worth the 144 dollars I spent on something that looks like I did it myself at home. 0/5 stars if I could give this zero stars I would.

BEWARE***I had an appointment today with Kristiana for the "Bath & Brush" service which includes: Bath, nail trim, ear cleaning, paw & pad trim, sanitary trim, anal gland cleaning & more... I paid extra for the teeth cleaning. I dropped my dog off at 10am and got a call just before 1 to pick him up. I get there, tip 20% and take the dog to the car. I look him over and nails aren't cut, ears are dirty, teeth aren't brushed and sanitary-clip was not done. I call and ask what in the world could have happened. The Manager Breanna tells me they must have overlooked these things since they have been busy. I ask them if they can please take care of everything that was missed...read full review

I really liked the groomer for my dog and the ease of use of scheduling online. After going here for 2 years , I was late this one time and they refused to take my dog for grooming. I stood in the waiting area for 10 minutes before anyone even looked up to help me. I was 15 minutes late due to traffic but after the extra 10minutes waiting like a dummy in the waiting room , they said I was too Late. I remember several times that the groomer told me she was running late and would have to put my dog in the holding area. But I guess this only goes one way.
