This is for a furnace Tuneup Service. My technician, Talen was just awesome!! He didn't "rush" through the checkup. Did several diagnostic tests, once done he explained and showed me the issues my furnace had, not critical at this moment, but will become an issue down road, best to know now BEFORE a critical breakdown. Very professional, friendly personality. If there were 10 Stars, I would have given without hesitation!

Was a very good experience. Talon was extremely efficient, polite, and very informative on what he was doing. Answered all my questions, and was very friendly. I appreciated his knowledge and willingness to tell me all I asked. It would be a pleasure to have him back again. He did his company a good service in representing them. I was very pleased, and satisfied with his service.
