Great customer service! I came to this location because I had a question about a product and ended up meeting Travis the operations manager and Mark the gunsmith (I hope that’s his name my memory isn’t so good sometimes). I didn’t get the receptionist name but she was very nice and addressed my concerns as well. They gave me advice on my build and encouraged me to contact them if I had any more questions. That doesn’t happen every day. Thank you guys.

I ordered a buffer spring when delivered nothing was in the package so product was denied I think someone from usps may have took it not sure but it was opened called not even a minute went by new one shipped out just wanted to say thanks to Brody and the nemo team will buy from you guys again
