UPDATE: So shortly after I posted this Mr Appliance called me. We talked about my problem. Marty came out and said the board is fine but my washer shouldn't be wobbling like that. He wanted to replace the struts, but didn't want to charge me any more money because he wasn't exactly sure if that was the problem. So he came out again replaced the struts. That didn't work. He said it could be a spot weld that needs re-welded or the ring is shot. Neither is worth fixing since we can buy a new washer for that amount. Mr Appliance didn't charge us any more money.
