Jeremy was very thorough and spent the time necessary to provide us with the information accompanied by photos of everything needing attention so we could make an informed decision prior to moving forward on our house purchase. I contacted Jeremy with only a one week inspection window and he fit me in his shedule to make sure we got it done on time. His inspection started at 9am and he had the full report in my inbox by 1:30pm.
He was very thorough in his report and found multiple issues on the home that were not previously noted. He gave clear descriptions of each issue and recommended different ways to remedy them as well.
We felt much more confident in what we were purchasing in a home, because we much better understood the conditions of many major components to the home(especially the electrical system).
