I stopped going here two years ago as Mayo did not show up to the office when I had appointments, even when I specifically requested to see her due to some bad symptoms from a medication she had prescribed. I just received a bill for the copay of a visit despite, again, not scheduling or going to an appointment for two years. If I really did owe from that long ago, it should have gone to collections, although i had always paid AT my appointments so i wouldn't have to deal with this. And I also know of other people who have gotten bills from visits they have already paid long after said appointments.
I tried to talk to someone on the phone, but I was just told that it was my responsibility to pay, which I would understand if I didn't already pay it. Where did my copay go, then?
I'm glad other people have had good experiences here as your health can be a scary thing, and I try to give most clinics the benefit of the doubt, but this was geniunely the worst primary care I have ever had. Would not recommend.

The best NP in the Valley hands down !!!

I am having such a hard time getting a hold of anyone. They canceled my girl friends appt for a 2nd time and she hasn't been able to speak to anyone. They haven't called back in weeks. I went to their location to see if I can speak to someone at the office. The doors were locked and it looks like they have empty their office. It's really not cool that they screw patients over when people depend one getting medications

I have been going to Billie Sue since last January. A friend of mine also goes to see her and my friend stopped by her office today. She found it empty and closed down. Just wanted to let everyone know. Here is a picture of the office.

Never open, never respond. I would not recommend! Mom waiting for weeks for an appointment and switched. You can honestly guess the lack of professionalism due to the profile selfie.

Doesn't answer the phone or messages

BillieSue and her staff are wonderful! She has been our family nurse practitioner for at least 6 years and we followed her over when she opened her own clinic. Yes, you might need to wait for your appointment, but that’s because she takes her time with each patient and allows you to be heard and address all of your concerns. When she received notification of a hospital stay, she personally called to check in on me and my family. We are so grateful for BillieSue and her team.
