Both my husband and I love getting 90min massages here. We have been multiple times and will continue to make Magical Massage a staple in our routine. The spa is very peaceful. The staff is friendly and professional. We are always happy with the service.

Had a stress relieving massage today. The service was excellent! The therapist did a magical job at eliminating my knots. I highly recommend everyone make an appointment to get pampered and enjoy this healthy outlet.

Was hoping to give a 5 Star Review except that when I spoke with Mandy to make the appt. for a couples massage I specifically asked for 2 women to give our massages and stated that I would have gladly scheduled on a different day/time to accommodate that. I was assured that they could accommodate our request. Not so when we showed up. Explained to Grace that we requested 2 women do do our massages. Very uncomfortable and upsetting. Went through with the massage anyway as we both really needed it, but took a while to relax. Having said that...Grace did a great job. The place was beautiful, peaceful and clean.

They make booking and asking for a service super uncomfortable. I saw exactly what's on the menu and they act confused. I just left the appointment instead of getting a massage.

I went in 12 hours after a very painful migraine. I chose the combo body/foot massage. The therapist did an excellent job but my head was still throbbing. The woman at the front desk told me to wait just a few minutes. After she finished with her client, she worked on me for an additional 30+ minutes and didn't charge me 😭😭. I had complte relief within a few hours. She gave me a big hug after. I am so grateful. My husband and I have been going here since we moved to Boise about 7 years ago. Since they remodeled the interior a few years back, it seems that staff has been more consistent and it's just a wonderful place to go. I will always be a loyal customer to them. ❤️
