I called with a collection of issues and worried about timeline, but without even needing to request hurry, I was quickly given very helpful information. The owner was very pleasant and understanding and Lance not only made time to come by on a weekend for what would at most be a small job, but showed up exactly at the mentioned time. Even with such punctuality, he was so relaxed, patient, and selfless in giving advice that a listener might have thought he was a family member. Wow.
Top notch company. Lance was the first one out with a very reasonable and convenient quote. Worked with our insurance, no issues. Complete the job quick and thoroughly. Highly recommended.
Asked for a bid online from 3 companies. The first company sent a guy over to measure but I haven’t heard back from them. Another sent a guy who left his card but didn’t even get on the roof to measure. M3, the last company, Lance ( the owner ) came out the next day, measured, told me what to expect and how long it would take. Lance also told me what he charges and roughly what it would cost, no hidden fees or up charges.
Kelly ( the owner) called a couple of days later and said that they were coming over in a few days to put the roof on. Their crew showed up Friday morning to tear off and prep for the new roof. They finished up Saturday.
