“Chris has great design ideas. He is very talented in creating water features. I recommend him for design. Here's where he's lacking: He built three water features for us. They all lose water. We haven't been able to fix the problems ourselves. We continue to refill all three water features every other day or so. And no, it's not evaporation. They are leaking. Chris committed to coming out in April 2022. He was a no-show with no call, text or email. In April 2023 I reached out again. No response. We don't expect free repairs. Our project was done in 2017-2018 so we know things age. We wanted Chris to show up when he said he would OVER A YEAR AGO to fix the problems.“
