Boarded our 7 month old springer doodle for 6 days and came back to see a happy and excited puppy since it was her first time away from whole family . The team even gave her a bath before sending her home. Really the only constructive feedback lakeshore needs to improve would be communication and responding to online messages and phone calls post check in. However understand they are mostly busy with all the furry friends being taken care off which is the most important part. She hasn’t changed a bit with her personality and very happy to be back home with her family

We’ve used these guys for several years (also use the vet next door), and we love them and the rates they offer. Very friendly staff who do a good job taking care of our GSD when we’re out of town.
Just be aware that you may have to leave a voicemail as they don’t always have someone at the front desk. They’re typically pretty responsive though.

This place is amazing for boarding. Probably other stuff, too, but we have used them for boarding. If you have dog(s) that are questionable with people or other dogs, this is the place to bring them. They actually do meet and greets with your pup as much as you want before leaving them to board their. They take the time to individually let the dogs say hi at their own pace. And once they are boarding with them, they work with them a lot, helping them to come out of their shell. Our 2 boxers, whom I would of not allowed to freely be boarded with other dogs (because they can have a pack mentality), they worked with them 1 on 1 and eventually selected specific playmates... read full review
