Called for annual checkup/service. They responded very quickly. Brain H. showed up right on time. He was very professional and knowledgeable. Brian worked quickly and thoroughly addressing each issue. Needed a part, so he will back in a few days to install. We are very happy with Brian and Integrity. Highly recommend for all your HVAC service needs!
I had a great experience with Integrity Heating and Air LLC. They sent Dylan out to take a look at my mini-split system, and the service was outstanding from start to finish.
Dylan’s previous job finished early, so he called ahead and asked if he could come by sooner than scheduled, which was greatly appreciated. When he arrived, he was extremely professional and thorough. He even put booties on before coming through the house, despite me telling him it wasn’t necessary, because it’s company policy.

Integrity Heating and Air did the original install of the HVAC system in our home. Durring the warranty period, the crawl space exhaust fan had to be replaced (twice). Michael Smith, one of their techs, did both services. I was super impressed with the quality of his work and his very friendly demeanor. We discussed the possibility of relocating my AC unit. I eventually decided to do this and was once again extremely pleased with Michael's work. He clearly takes pride in his work and he also wanted to make sure I was 100% satisfied. I certainly was!
